A property manager handles letting your home to guests: listings, pricing, guest welcome, housekeeping, linen, maintenance and payments. Marrakech is Morocco's leading tourist destination, with demand all year round and peaks in winter, spring and over the holidays.
Dar Serenity manages luxury apartments (Hivernage, Guéliz, Agdal, Ourika Road), villas with pools (Palmeraie, Amelkis, Amizmiz Road) and riads in the medina. Every property has one manager who knows it, visits it and answers you.

What a property earns on short-term lets in Marrakech
It depends on the type of property, the area, the finish and the pool. A well-located two-bedroom apartment lets at around MAD 900 a night; a villa with a pool between MAD 3,000 and 8,000 depending on the season. Our simulator gives an estimate in 30 seconds, and we confirm it after a visit.
Our rates are adjusted daily according to demand, events and season. Listings are published on every major short-term rental platform and on our own site.
How it works
1. Visit and estimate. We visit your property, assess its potential and send you a figure.
2. Mandate and preparation. A two-page mandate. Professional photos, inventory, missing equipment on quotation.
3. Letting. Listings, pricing, guest welcome, hotel-standard housekeeping and maintenance.
4. You are paid. Detailed statement and transfer on the 5th of every month, with photos.
